Professional blogs are a very critical and important
tool to the success of a business. They provide better interaction for manager
with readers and customers (Ghazal Alvi, 2010) and introduce new product and
latest information to social media easily and fast. First, with the help of professional blog, every reader or
customer is convenient and free to expand his or her opinion about the product.
Customers can also share their opinion about same kind of product but with
different brands. Second, since more people are using Internet in their daily
life, introducing new product through professional blogs will allow more people
to know new product conveniently. They don’t need to spend a lot of time on
newspaper to find out the latest product and news. For example, in Matthew’s blog
(Matt Hodges, Matthew’s blog, 2011), he talks about the fact that he finds from
inside of all the caps of the Snapple he drinks.
